I had the pleasure of meeting Beau a few years ago now. I am a Sunday School leader, and we had her come talk to our girls (8th grade - 12th grade) about her testimony. It was such a powerful and truly meaningful journey.
When Beau met Matthew they were inseparable, two peas in a pod :) When she had let us know that she was engaged I was ecstatic! She had finally found a godly man, worthy of her love and devotion.
Beau and Matthew, congrats on finding the love of your lives at such an important time in your lives. It takes courage, strength and God to move forward. Keep giving your hearts and lives to the Lord and I know you both will do great things.
My prayer for you both is that you continue to grow with each other, keeping Christ at the center of your lives.
Wishing you nothing but love and happiness
I am blessed beyond measure to have the ability to take pictures. I hope to continue to be blessed by the Lord and help others by providing these memories and making moments last forever. I love this.
Meet Mr. Saxxon
Courtney is out numbered for sure. She has two sons, her oldest Ridley and now her youngest, Saxxon. We had the pleasure of taking their maternity pictures and now sweet Saxxon's newborn photos, we love being able to photograph families during stages of life.
I've known Courtney for a few years now, and I love how cute her and her growing family is. I also enjoy seeing the joy, happiness and love her family shares between them. Their bonds are undeniable and so strong.
We got to photograph the now family of four, and Saxxon's God mom.
Congratulations Court and Derek on your newest baby boy! I cannot wait to see the work God does in your lives as parents and the hearts of your son's. It is truly by God's will and blessings that those sweet boys are with you and I know you two were handpicked by Him to be the very best parents for them. It will be hard, but He knows you guys can do it.
Thank you again for allowing Adrienne and I to be included in these special moments.
This was from a fall mini we did a few weeks ago (obviously since there is no snow on the ground!!). This is such a busy time for us, and probably the rest of the world. I was cleaning up some files on my computer and came across this families pictures and it reminded me, don't get caught up in the hustle and bustle of the holidays. Remember what the holidays are really for, being thankful for God's love and mercy, and family.
This isn't just a picture, this is a moment. The love and pure joy in this picture is what life is about, I can feel it in this picture. I know, how can you feel a picture? Like this, looking at a picture and knowing that they love their son, you can look at this picture and know that this little boy has two parents that will go above and beyond to make sure he gets the world. Good job you guys, I know you will love and raise him to the best of your abilities. Doesn't this moment make you want to grab your parents, kids, grandparents, any loved ones and just let them know they are loved!
A lot of us get caught up in work this time of the year, or making sure you pick the perfect present, or making sure you make the greatest dinner, but remember why. Why you are working, why you are cooking dinner, and who you are doing all this for. This world is only temporary, so take every minute you can loving those around you and spreading the love of Christ so one day we can spend eternity together in the Kingdom of God.
Wishing everyone many blessings this holiday season ❤️
Meet Sam and her three kids, Tai, Adri, and Titan!
Samantha is a mother of three wonderful children. There are some sessions that are just so much fun, and this was definitely one of them. One, because Sam has a strong and powerful love for her children, and it is amazing to see. Two, these kids are wonderful and pretty well behaved (always plus!) and three, THEY ARE HILARIOUS.
Let's start with Tailynn.
She is the Jordan families first-born, and she is the sweetest. She is so helpful and kind.
Next is Titan.
He is the only boy, middle child, and has a big heart.
Last but not least is Adrianna.
She is the youngest and she is the biggest goof. As you can probably tell from her picture below.
But these kids wouldn't be who they are, without their parents.
Meeting these three kiddos was a blessing, how they interact with each other and the immense respect they showed us is absolutely astounding. So Sam, you did an amazing job and from what I could see, you will continue to be a great mother, provider, and protector for your three amazing kids. Thank you for giving us the opportunity.
Father, Daughter Ball
This is the Langley Family.
I have had the pleasure of knowing them and photographing them for a year or so now, and being invited into memories like this one is what makes me love photography. Before continuing, I just want to thank you for allowing us to be apart of your lives!
Most people just see nice family photos.
We see a family, who loves the Lord and is willing to fight for the country we all live in. A family who sacrifices beyond measure so that other families can enjoy the little things in life, a family who every so often has to kiss their husband and dad when he gets deployed. There are many families in America that know that same feeling, but there are also many that don't. As a family that doesn't, I am thankful for the families that do.
No matter what people do in the military, every single one of them are important, the men and women who have to leave their homes and families to protect us, we thank you.
So, Langley Family we thank you.
We thank you for your time, your dedication to the Lord and this country. It is families like yours that allow me to take pictures like these, in a country like this.
This is baby Righteous.
He was born on August 16th, and his mom had to sign over guardianship on August 18th while in the hospital room and then the Krause family left with him. Hearing a story like this is amazing, to hear them say "we felt like God wanted us to help." Is powerful. The couple who decided to care and nurture this sweet boy - aren't foster parents, nor did they go looking for a baby, but Righteous found them. When we were photographing this session, we were told that they just got a grand baby - they were clearly out of the baby stage. But she let us know that she is blessed to help.
We took these photos to help motivate his mother to get him back - she has hope of getting herself together and getting him back. How precious is this sweet boy, and what a pleasure it was to take photos of him.
Thank you for stopping by :)
Two Sister-In-Laws Sharing Their Love For Photography
When I first started photography, it was just a hobby. Something I found in High School that was a lot of fun. The joy I get when I see "that shot", I would think 'wow, this is amazing' and that feeling is why I love doing what I am doing, delivery my sessions to clients, although nerve-racking at first, is amazing. Seeing the happiness photographs give people is what keeps me going back for more.
When Adrienne and I first met, we didn't know much about each other. But eventually, we started to get closer, and photography played a big factor in that. It started with, "hey, I went and took pictures here" to "I have a shoot on [insert date], would you like to come?" to now, where we have teamed up to be a dynamic photography duo.
Voss Photography is just two ladies, living their life by doing what they love. This was a short post, but there will be more to come! Thank you for checking out our site and our blog, and thank you for your love and support of our dreams :)
